I en række artikler gør de Radikale Venstres sundhedsordfører, Stinus Lindgren, sig til talsmand for, at alternativ behandling i Danmark skal kriminaliseres. Der henvises til nogle få brodne kar blandt alternative behandlere, der nu skal være årsag til, at alternativ behandling i Danmark nærmest skal være en umulighed. Stinus Lindgren vil have lægerne med ind over, således at det er en patients læge, der skal afgøre om alternativ behandling vil være et ’alternativ’ for vedkommende, velvidende at kun en meget lille del af lægestanden er uddannet inden for området, og måske netop derfor er imod enhver form for såkaldt ’alternativ’ behandling og naturmedicin.

Når en politiker ikke har rent mel i posen, har løjet eller direkte svindlet, så fratager man da ikke alle andre politikere deres muligheder for at agere. Man strammer heller ikke arbejdsområdet for journalister, fordi en enkelt eller to fra journaliststanden har omgået sandheden lemfældigt – eller hvad?

Den samme hetz er indledt i forhold til naturens egen medicin. Der henvises til, at der er præparater man kan dø af, hvis de indtages i forkerte mængder. Men enhver kan i håndkøb erhverve sig spiritus, benzin, smertestillende medicin, for bare at nævne tre dagligvare, man kan dø af, såfremt man indtager dem i store mængder, ligesom at man i årevis har tilladt, at det danske grundvands høje kvalitet er blevet ødelagt af diverse sprøjtegifte. Det er der ingen problemer i. Så hvorfor dette ensidige korstog mod behandlingsformer og naturmediciner, som over halvdelen af den danske befolkning benytter sig af?

Ja, der er mennesker, der dør, når de frasiger sig konventionel behandling, men det er jo ikke det samme som at sige, at disse mennesker er døde af alternativ behandling. Det er som om, at vi helt har glemt, at vi alle skal herfra på et tidspunkt.
Desværre er der alt for mange patienter, der opsøger alternativ behandling, når det først er for sent, og når de er opgivet af det konventionelle system.

Man kunne få den tanke, at såkaldt ’alternativ behandling’ og ‘alternativ medicin’ udgør en for stor trussel for indtjeneingen i medicinalindustrien, og at det er derfor, at man nu fra regeringens og specielt De Radikale Venstres, samt diverse mediers side, ønsker at indføre DDR-agtige tilstande i Danmark.

Det er rystende, at naturens egne mediciner, der har bevist deres værd igennem århundreder, samt de mennesker, der har forstand på denne medicin, nu skal kriminaliseres. Medicinalindustriens lobby har fået indført forbud mod en lang række virksomme naturmediciner, som et stort antal patienter har brug for. Disse patienter er nu overladt til det illegale marked.
