I gennem det seneste halvandet år har jeg i forbindelse mit arbejde, foredrag og workshops om menneskets iboende spirituelle potentiale rejst Europa tyndt (med tog selvfølgelig). Derfor hører jeg formodentlig til blandt den del af befolkningen, der er testet flest gange og kan konstatere, at jeg ikke er syg, ikke har været det og ikke har tænkt mig at blive det.

For mig er der ingen tvivl om, at det er supervigtigt at tage sig af sit immunforsvar og den almindelige helse, således at der ikke opstår livsstilssygdomme afstedkommet af rygning, et for stort alkoholforbrug, forkert kost etc. Stress og frygt er nogle af immunforsvarets værste fjender. Derfor er det også vigtigt at arbejde med den psykologiske og spirituelle del af ens væsen og væren. Det burde være almen viden, at jævnlig udrensning af f.eks. ophobede tungmetaller etc. er nødvendig, såfremt man ikke vil danne unødig basis for alskens dårligdomme. Desværre er disse emner ikke en generel del af vort sundhedssystem, og det er kun trist, at man nu heller ikke positivt kan videregive gode råd i forbindelse med naturlig opretholdelse af et godt helbred, men i stedet udelukkende tilbydes kunstige løsninger på problemer, som kroppen er gearet til selv at tage sig af.

Når man ser på, hvor fantastisk et væsen mennesket er, fysisk som åndeligt, er det ærgerligt, at vi mennesker ikke har tiltro til vores iboende, selvhelbredende kræfter. Gennem en kort meditation eller kontemplation på et kvarter hver dag, vil enhver, der er i stand til at dedikere sig til sådan en praksis, forbinde sig med både et personligt som kollektivt energifelt. Mange problemer opstår, når vi overlader vores dømmekraft udelukkende til intellektet og vore følelser. Når man mediterer by-passer man for en stund både intellektet og følelserne. Og når man gennem egen erfaring har oplevet, hvad dette kan bibringe af lys i en ellers dunkel og til tider meget mørk dagligdag, udbygger man en stærkere og stærkere kontakt til intuitionen samt til et sted i en, man måske aldrig før har været i bevidst kontakt med.
Når man begynder en kontinuerligt meditations- og/eller kontemplationspraksis, gennemgår man en række processer, der kan virke konfronterende på personligheden (også kaldet egoet). Sådanne konfrontationer er en del af en indre rensningsproces, som mediterende forstår, er det skyggearbejde, som vi alle burde kende værdien af. I skyggearbejdet må man være villig til at stå ansigt til ansigt med sine egne dårligdomme. Kun på den måde kan de forvandles. Det handler om bevidsthed.

Gennem en udvidet bevidsthed ser man klarere, at mange af de reaktionsmønstre, man er underlagt, og som alt for ofte har efterladt én i depression og modløshed, i storhedsvanvid eller i mindreværd, kan transformeres. Hvis man samtidig er opmærksom på den kost, man indtager, og hvilke laster, der bør tøjles, øger man den overordnede integritet, der er den gave, ethvert menneske bør tage ansvaret for at ’pakke ud’, så frugterne af den kan deles med andre. Et integreret menneske interesserer sig ikke for status, magt eller besiddelser, men tager altid ansvar for sig selv og sine handlinger, samtidig med at det yder hjælp, hvor der er behov. Det er for mig at se den højeste form for samfundssind, man kan udøve.

How do I protect your information?

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.
