Mød Lars Muhl og hør ham fortælle om sin nye bog ‘Lystrilogien’ hos Arnold Busck Købmagergade i København.

I samarbejde med forlaget HarperCollins Nordic DK udgiver Lars Muhl ‘Lystrilogien’, der indeholder de tre udgivelser: ‘Zoé’, ‘Taxo Luma’ og ‘Lyset i et menneskes hjerte’, alle i let reviderede udgaver og med et nyt samlende forord.

‘Lystrilogien’ og ‘Gralstrilogien’ kan betragtes som parallelle universer. Lars Muhl selv forklarer:

‘Da jeg i starten af 90’erne færdiggjorde min første bog, den selvbiografiske ‘Sjæl i Flammer’, var jeg mig ikke bevidst, at jeg samtidig havde åbnet op til et bevidsthedsfelt, en uudslukkelig kilde af arketypisk materiale, der ikke blot afventede at blive taget alvorligt, men ligefrem insisterede på at blive det. Og det i sådan en grad, at jeg umiddelbart efter den første bogs udgivelse, overgav mig og, nærmest med ført hånd, begyndte at nedskrive det materiale, der to måneder senere materialiserede sig som min anden bog, ‘Zoé’.

Det var midt i dette arbejde, at jeg fra den ene dag til den anden, blev ramt af en udiagnosticerbar lidelse, som bandt mig til sengen i de følgende tre år, fra 1995, hvor ‘Zoé’ udkom, til 1998, hvor jeg ved seeren Calle de Montségurs hjælp, som en genfødt kunne rejse mig fra sygesengen og påbegynde et helt nyt liv.

Hvad jeg ikke vidste var, at det netop var ‘Zoé’, der var den direkte årsag til, at Calle de Montségur et halvt år efter min genfødsel, accepterede mig som sin elev. Calle, som ellers var mere optaget af praksis end af at læse bøger, havde fået ‘Zoé’ foræret af vores fællesven Pia Raug, og bogen havde gjort så stærkt et indtryk på ham, at den var et gennemgående samtaleemne mellem os i de ni år, min tid med ham varede.

At der skulle gå atten år, inden andet bind, og toogtyve år inden tredje bind i den trilogi, som du kære læser lige nu holder i hånden, var jeg selvfølgelig heller ikke klar over, da jeg dykkede ned i den stream of consciousness, som udgør ‘Zoé’.

På mange måder udgør den foreliggende trilogi en parallel til ‘Gralstrilogien’, som var der tale om to forskellige, men sideløbende universer.’

Lars Muhl betager altid med sin fortællinger og har en tro, stor følgerskare. Hans univers er facinerende, og man betages af det lys, der ligesom omgiver ham.
