FN Verdenserklæring om menneskerettigheder Artikel l. Alle mennesker er født frie og lige i værdighed og rettigheder.

Artikel 2. Enhver har krav på alle de rettigheder og friheder, som nævnes i denne erklæring, uden forskelsbehandling af nogen art.

Artikel 13, stk. l: Enhver har ret til at bevæge sig frit og til frit at vælge opholdssted indenfor enhver stats grænser.

Artikel 27, stk. l. Enhver har ret til at deltage i samfundets kulturelle liv, til kunstnydelse og til at blive delagtiggjort i videnskabens fremskridt og dens goder.

EU’s Charter om grundlæggende rettigheder, Artikel 21 ”ikke forskelsbehandling”
”Enhver forskelsbehandling på grund af køn, race, farve, etnisk eller social oprindelse, genetiske anlæg, sprog, religion eller tro, politiske eller andre anskuelser, tilhørsforhold til et nationalt
mindretal, formueforhold, fødsel, handicap, alder, seksuel orientering eller ethvert andet forhold er forbudt.

Den Europæiske Menneskerettighedskonvention Artikel 14. ”Forbud mod diskriminering” Nydelsen af de i denne konvention anerkendte rettigheder og friheder skal sikres uden forskel på grund af køn, race, farve, sprog, religion, politisk eller anden overbevisning national eller social oprindelse, tilhørsforhold til et nationalt mindretal, formueforhold, fødsel eller ethvert andet forhold.

Hvis jeg brød disse konventioner, ville jeg være ansvarlig i forhold til følgende:

Nürnbergkonventionen:
Parterne i denne konvention skal beskytte alle menneskers værdighed og identitet og uden forskelsbehandling garantere alle respekt for deres integritet samt andre rettigheder og grundlæggende frihedsrettigheder i forbindelse med anvendelsen af biologi og lægevidenskab. Alle parter skal træffe nødvendige foranstaltninger i deres egen lovgivning med henblik på at lade bestemmelserne i nærværende konvention få gyldighed.

I Oviedo konventionen kan konkret fremhæves Artikel 2: Menneskets interesser og velfærd skal have forrang frem for interesser, som alene vedrører samfundet og videnskaben.

Artikel 5: Ingen intervention må foretages på sundhedsområdet uden den berørte persons frie og informerede samtykke. Denne person skal forud or enhver intervention have modtaget relevante oplysninger med hensyn til formålet og arten af interventionen samt med hensyn til de deraf følgende konsekvenser og risici. Den pågældende person kan til enhver tid frit trække sit samtykke tilbage.

Artikel 10, stk. 1: Enhver har ret til respekt for sit privatliv i relation til oplysninger om hans eller hendes sundhedstilstand.

GDPR loven Artikel 9.l: Behandling af personoplysninger om race eller etnisk oprindelse, politisk, religiøs eller filosofisk overbevisning eller fagforeningsmæssigt tilhørsforhold samt behandling af genetiske data, biometriske data med det formål entydigt at identificere en fysisk person, helbredsoplysninger eller oplysninger om en fysisk persons seksuelle forhold eller seksuelle orientering er forbudt.

How do I protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.
